The Mind-Body Breakthrough Retreat is your opportunity to reset from the inside out, mentally, emotionally, and physically. It’s designed to help you release old belief patterns, habits, and mindsets that no longer serve you, so you can reconnect with who you truly are.


Set on a peaceful property in Torquay, surrounded by nature, kangaroos, and fire pits, this is ZENLIFE’s biggest and most powerful retreat yet. You’ll be guided through a mix of deep inner work and body based healing practices that support real, lasting transformation.

 Join us for a transformative two day experience designed to reset your nervous system, recharge your energy, and reconnect you with yourself. Held at the stunning Grasslands Estate ( boutique farm stay, think large cosy home with horses and goats) near Torquay, this retreat blends gentle movement, mindset workshops, journaling, meditation, sauna and ice bath therapy, and soulful connection, all in a peaceful, down to earth setting. 

 

Friday

• 2:00 PM – Early Check-In
Settle in, enjoy a quiet cuppa, explore the space or take a few deep breaths before we begin.


• 3:00 PM – Opening Circle
Begin the retreat by setting intentions and tuning into what you truly need for the weekend. 


• 5:00 PM – Value systems & Self Talk Workshop
Have you ever listened to your inner voice? How do you speak to yourself? This is an opportunity to release old narratives, dig deep and learn how to reflect on how far you’ve come and the person you are today. A rare opportunity and exercise to improve self esteem, gain clarity on what you value and give self love back to yourself.

Enjoy a nourishing meal and connection with the group before getting into your pjs and ready for some ZEN time

Start the day with  a guided meditation, gratitude journaling and enjoy a silent sunrise, a space to journal with prompts designed to support rest and reflection.


• 9:00 AM – Belief System
A transformative breakthrough workshop on the beliefs that hold you back. Where in your life are you playing small? What is the story you have been telling yourself? It's time to do the work and create change around the way you are living your life to make sure you are living it to its fullest expression of joy love, peace and happiness.


• 11:00 AM – Somatic Recovery Session at Sana
A privately booked group sauna session just down the road from our accommodation. We will have the option to Sauna, ice bath, coffee and connect.  The ultimate wellness time for your mind and body. 


• 2:00 PM – Free Time
Explore nature, journal, visit a winery, or simply rest—this time is yours to unwind.


• 6:00 PM – Fire Pit Connection Circle, Dinner & Restorative Yin Yoga
Warm up with a cup of hot tea around the outdoor firepit and connect and reflect on the day. Then relax deeply with Yin yoga followed by an optional head massage for restful sleep.


Sunday


• 6:00 AM – Silent Sunrise
Being the day with guided breathing and meditation and reflect quietly in nature while we simply let the sunrise in silence. 


• 9:00 AM – The Art of Boundaries
Learn how to set clear, compassionate boundaries without guilt. This empowering session explores the difference between walls and healthy limits so you can honour your energy, protect your peace, and show up in your relationships with confidence and clarity. 


• 11:30 AM – Closing Circle
Reflect on insights, celebrate connections, and conclude with gratitude for the experience.

This is the modern day persons guide to understanding not only how to adapt a positive mindset in the crazy world we live in but flourish and take steps towards the life you want to live. Connect with people of a similar mindset, educate yourself on tools like journaling,  goal setting and understanding your value system. Learn how to easily add these techniques into your daily life to keep you well and ZEN. Vision board creation & a workshop on understanding how to overcome your fears, reframe failure and create actionable steps to creating the life you want to live.  There’s work involved, but the results are groundbreaking!

  • 9:00 AM – Belief Systems, Values Systems & Self talk (for creating a life of fulfillment)
    • Explore ways to uncover your limiting beliefs (the lies you tell yourself that are holding you back) your values (the things you care most about) and how to reframe your negative self talk.


  • 11:00 AM – Vision Board & Goal Setting workshop 
    • Design a vision board to prioritise what truly matters. Understand how to create goals and action plans to make your vision board become reality


  • 2:00 PM – Free Time
    • Choose to relax, journal, explore nature, or visit the local winery at your leisure.


  • 7PM PM – Restorative Yin Yoga
    • Enjoy a soothing Yin yoga session followed by an optional relaxing head massage after dinner. If the weather permits we usually have a connection and sharing circle at the beach around 6pm.
