JULY 18 - 20 - TORQUAY, SURF COAST, VICTORIA

 Nestled in the serene embrace of a boutique farm stay, this Retreat offers the perfect escape for those feeling the weight of burnout or exhaustion. With goats and horses, a pool and lots of nature, it's the perfect place to unwind. Let the crackling firepit warm your evenings as you rest under the stars. Nourish your body with hearty, wholesome meals, and soothe your soul with gentle yin yoga and calming meditation sessions designed to restore balance. Engage in reflective journaling, explore the process of letting go of what no longer serves you, and discover the art of replenishing your own energy in this season of rest and renewal.  Retreats are inclusive of accommodation, all meals, activities, and workshops. 


 

 

Friday

• 4:00 PM – Early Check-In
Settle in, enjoy a quiet cuppa, explore the space or take a few deep breaths before we begin.


• 6:00 PM – Opening Circle
Begin the retreat by setting intentions and tuning into what you truly need for the weekend. Enjoy a nourishing dinner.


• 8:30 PM – Connection & Yogic Sleep
Share in a connection circle, then unwind with meditation and deeply restful guided yogic sleep.


Saturday


• 6:30 AM – Sunrise Vibes
Start the day with gratitude and enjoy a silent sunrise, a nature meditation, and space to journal with prompts designed to support rest and reflection.


• 9:00 AM – Reflect & Release Workshop
A guided journaling workshop to reflect on the year so far acknowledging your growth, honoring the challenges, and letting go of what no longer serves you. The session closes with a powerful release meditation to support emotional renewal.


• 11:30 AM – Nature Walk & Morning Tea
Enjoy a mindful walk, or relax at home with restorative options like a bath, extra journaling time, or a dip in the pool.


• 2:00 PM – Free Time
Explore nature, journal, visit a winery, or simply rest—this time is yours to unwind.


• 6:00 PM – Fire Pit Connection Circle, Dinner & Restorative Yin Yoga
Warm up with a cup of hot tea around the outdoor firepit and connect and reflect on the day. Then relax deeply with Yin yoga followed by an optional head massage for restful sleep.


Sunday


• 6:00 AM – Silent Sunrise
Being the day with guided breathing and meditation and reflect quietly in nature while we simply let the sunrise in silence. 


• 9:00 AM – Letter to Self
A gentle journaling practice to anchor your insights and honor your inner journey. Write a heartfelt letter to yourself, recognising how far you’ve come and expressing gratitude for your resilience.


• 11:30 AM – Closing Circle
Reflect on insights, celebrate connections, and conclude with gratitude for the experience.

Nourish your body with nutritious meals, find inner calm through gentle yin yoga intertwined with meditation sessions, and uncover the art of replenishing your own cup. Engage in reflective journaling and embrace opportunities to identify and release what no longer serves you, fostering a path to renewed vitality and balance.

  • 9:00 AM – Energy Evaluation & Stress Reduction Workshop
    • Assess what energizes and fulfills you to create a balanced and meaningful life helping you avoid burn our and exhaustion. Learn valuable tools for stress reduction.


  • 11:30 AM – Nature Walk & Morning Tea
    • Enjoy a mindful walk, or relax at home with restorative options like a bath, extra journaling time or jump in the pool. 


  • 2:00 PM – Free Time
    • Explore nature, journal, visit a winery, or simply rest—this time is yours to unwind.

    • Create a personalised self-care plan to support your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Opportunity to follow journaling prompts and write a letter to yourself to take a moment to realise how far you have come and give yourself a moment of gratitude.


  • 11:30 AM – Closing Circle
    • Reflect on insights, celebrate connections, and conclude with gratitude for the experience

APRIL 4 - 6 - RYE, MORNINGTON PENINSULA

READY TO MAKE SOME MOVES? This is the modern day persons guide to understanding not only how to adapt a positive mindset in the crazy world we live in but flourish and take steps towards the life you want to live. Connect with people of a similar mindset, educate yourself on tools like journaling,  goal setting and understanding your value system. Learn how to easily add these techniques into your daily life to keep you well and ZEN. Vision board creation & a workshop on understanding how to overcome your fears, reframe failure and create actionable steps to creating the life you want to live.  There’s work involved, but the results are groundbreaking! 

 

Friday

  • 6:00 PM – Opening Circle
    • Set intentions and tune into intuition to prepare for the weekend ahead.


  • 8:30 PM – Connection & Yoga Nidra
    • Connect with others, unwind with meditation, and experience deeply restful yogic sleep.


Saturday

  • 6:00 AM – Sunrise Vibes
  • Embrace the morning with a sunrise beach walk, gratitude journaling, or a mindful swim.


  • 9:00 AM – Belief Systems, Values Systems & Self talk (for creating a life of fulfillment)
    • Explore ways to uncover your limiting beliefs (the lies you tell yourself that are holding you back) your values (the things you care most about) and how to reframe your negative self talk.


  • 11:00 AM – Vision Board & Goal Setting workshop 
    • Design a vision board to prioritise what truly matters. Understand how to create goals and action plans to make your vision board become reality


  • 2:00 PM – Free Time
    • Choose to relax, journal, explore nature, or visit the local winery at your leisure.


  • 7PM PM – Restorative Yin Yoga
    • Enjoy a soothing Yin yoga session followed by an optional relaxing head massage after dinner. If the weather permits we usually have a connection and sharing circle at the beach around 6pm.


Sunday

  • 6:00 AM – Silent Sunrise
    • Grab your journals and reflect in silence as we watch the sunrise with a coffee or tea in hand. This is when you get your best ideas and aha moments.


  • 9:00 AM –Overcoming Fears & Reframing Failures Workshop 
  • Now you're clear on your vision and where you want to go this year, it's time to reframe your past failures that have been holding you back and learn what how to become friends with fear so you can move forward and create the life you've always wanted. 


  • 11:30 AM – Closing Circle
    • Conclude with gratitude, share insights, and celebrate personal growth and connections.
