Set costs for upcoming retreats are in the bookings tab but tailored retreats and ZEN Hens vary due to activities chosen, type of accommodation booked, number of participants and time of year. 


Then this is the perfect retreat for you. I always go back to basics and build from there. I educate and communicate exactly what we will be doing before we do it so you never feel lost or overwhelmed. One of my mottos is knowledge minimises fear so if you're trying something new good for you, i will have your back and if you a seasoned pro there are always progressions to keep you on your toes.


Even though you will have to make your own way there, a whats app group is set up 2 weeks before to connect with your group and organise car shares. 


Absolutely! ZENLife retreats are designed to be inclusive and welcoming to people of all gender identities. My mission is to strive to provide everyone the opportunity to find peace, balance, and rejuvenation. Our programs and facilities are thoughtfully created to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants, regardless of gender.  Every persons are warmly welcomed at ZENLife.


Nothing better than an extra bit of ZEN time! Private rooms can be requested at an extra cost upon request if availability for the chosen accommodation allows.


Yes, alcohol is permitted at ZENLife retreats, but we encourage moderation. Our philosophy centers on balance and well-being, and we believe that enjoying a drink in moderation can be part of a healthy lifestyle. We ask our guests to be mindful and considerate of others to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for everyone. 


Absolutely! These weekends are based on the pillars of education, inspiration and connection.  Many of our guests choose to attend ZENLife retreats on their own. Solo participants often find our retreats to be a wonderful opportunity for personal growth, self-reflection, and meeting new, like-minded people. Whether you come alone or with others, you'll find a welcoming and supportive community here at ZENLife.

Connect with people of a similar mindset, educate yourself on tools like journaling,  goal setting and understanding your value system. Learn how to easily add these techniques into your daily life to keep you well and ZEN. Vision board creation & a workshop on understanding how to overcome your fears, reframe failure and create actionable steps to creating the life you want to live.  There’s work involved, but the results are groundbreaking! 

 

Friday

  • 6:00 PM – Opening Circle
    • Set intentions and tune into intuition to prepare for the weekend ahead.


  • 8:30 PM – Connection & Yoga Nidra
    • Connect with others, unwind with meditation, and experience deeply restful yogic sleep.


Saturday

  • 6:00 AM – Sunrise Vibes
  • Embrace the morning with a sunrise beach walk, gratitude journaling, or a mindful swim.


  • 9:00 AM – Belief Systems, Values Systems & Self talk (for creating a life of fulfillment)
    • Explore ways to uncover your limiting beliefs (the lies you tell yourself that are holding you back) your values (the things you care most about) and how to reframe your negative self talk.


  • 11:00 AM – Vision Board & Goal Setting workshop 
    • Design a vision board to prioritise what truly matters. Understand how to create goals and action plans to make your vision board become reality


  • 2:00 PM – Free Time
    • Choose to relax, journal, explore nature, or visit the local winery at your leisure.


  • 7PM PM – Restorative Yin Yoga
    • Enjoy a soothing Yin yoga session followed by an optional relaxing head massage after dinner. If the weather permits we usually have a connection and sharing circle at the beach around 6pm.


Sunday

  • 6:00 AM – Silent Sunrise
    • Grab your journals and reflect in silence as we watch the sunrise with a coffee or tea in hand. This is when you get your best ideas and aha moments.


  • 9:00 AM –Overcoming Fears & Reframing Failures Workshop 
  • Now you're clear on your vision and where you want to go this year, it's time to reframe your past failures that have been holding you back and learn what how to become friends with fear so you can move forward and create the life you've always wanted. 


  • 11:30 AM – Closing Circle
    • Conclude with gratitude, share insights, and celebrate personal growth and connections.
